“I called Powerflush Ltd for a quote and was offered an appointment the following day. Thank you Kosta, for a very good power flush service. My CH system consists of 10 panels and one hot water coil. Kosta arrived punctually at 8.00 a.m., answered all my questions and carried out the work in a very thorough, organised, tidy and efficient way. He has a very friendly, helpful manner and kept me informed as to what was going on. He left at around 2.30 p.m. Kosta pointed out and adjusted incorrect settings on the hot water thermostat and upstairs radiator valves. He also reduced the pump speed to stop the noisy operation of the 3 port valve. Kosta gave me some very useful tips on maintaining the system following the power flush. “Today is the second time that Shaun has visited as two weeks ago he carried out a ‘Domestic Hot Water’ descale and once again he arrived bang on time (if not a bit early) - always a good sign!! – as per usual he was cheerful, professional and knowledgeable and he worked flat out for 7+ hours with only a few cups of coffee to keep him going. What I really like is that he always takes the time to answer any questions and in the case of Shaun he deliverers absolutely everything that the Powerflush website promises. To summarise, we now have loads of hot water, wonderfully hot radiators and a system that you hardly know is on – what a result!! I cannot recommend the services of Shaun enough, he provides everything that a householder with a problem needs namely ‘a solution’ and in my experience that is a rare commodity these days.”
