“Just to say Calvin Toussaint was very polite and tidy when conducting our power flush. He explained what he was doing and why. We had one radiator that had to remain closed due to leaking and were not informed at the time of booking that our water supply would be used for hours to do the flush. I would suggest you inform customers of this requirement - especially for those who are on a water meter as this may affect them. ”
