“Kostas just cannot be faulted. Perfect from start to finish. The office staff were quick to respond and gave comprehensive answers to the questions I had. Kostas made a courtesy call the day before so that he could give and get the best information so that he was properly prepared. He arrived on time. He was diligent, tidy and fully explained everything he proposed to do. He also offered really helpful advice for the future. He solved a couple of minor issues that came up in his stride. The most pleasing aspect was that he solved a 2.5 year old problem with our 8mm microbore radiator system that NO-ONE else was really even willing to undertake....except the cowboys..... that I wouldn't trust. His (powerflush) solution was way cheaper than the alternative solutions. The ability to under-promise and over-deliver can only be admired. It was far from certain to me that the blocked radiators could/would be cleared but even a radiator feed that hade been blocked for over 2 years was indeed unblocked. The whole system is now not only working properly but better than ever. This is the ONLY company I would trust to powerflush an 8mm (smallest) microbore system. Period. Read all the other reviews. This company really does a good job. 10/10. It's not very often these days that a company exceeds my expectations. How refreshing!”
