Training

Initial training will be a mix of days spent at Powerflush's Head Office, enabling you to understand our systems and some technical aspects, and days spent in the field under the guidance of an experienced manager. This will ensure that you have all the skills that you need to run a Powerflush franchise on day one. Training support is available for you to tap into - for example in areas such as customer service. Further business development opportunities through meetings - provide excellent opportunities to increase skills and to share views and experience with other franchisees.

On-going support

An area manager will always be available to provide guidance and support. In addition, Powerflush will supply you with customer facing stationery and will specify allocate accountants and bookkeepers to minimise admin. Powerflush does not charge any mark up on equipment or chemicals but does specify suppliers to ensure consistent service throughout the Franchise network. Support will also be provided in areas such as marketing, Key Account sales development and inbound call handling.
